Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Following requirements needs to be fulfilled for accepting an item in exchange.
  • The item needs to be returned within 7 days from the date of sale along with the original bill/invoice and price tags.
  • The item returned must be in its original fully resalable condition, with all the tags & packaging (if any).

(Price tags, Wash tags, Brand labels, etc.)

  • The item returned needs to be in its original condition and not used, damaged, or washed.

  1. No cash refunds are made under any circumstance.
  2. The selling price of an item sold based on an online promotion will be based on the promotional price when exchanged.
  3. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving shipment. The company will not be liable for complaints raised after this period.

Refunds

At Down Town, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchases. However, if you happen to receive an item that damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we will gladly arrange a refund. 

  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will be carefully inspected.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund within 7-10 working days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
